Yes. A drone lets us see high, steep or hard-to-reach parts of the roof up close without putting up scaffolding. There's a charge for a drone inspection, but if you go ahead with the work, we take that cost off your final bill.
GRP fibreglass suits roofs with lots of corners, pipes or rooflights, and gives a seamless finish. EPDM rubber is very flexible and works well on simpler, larger roofs. We recommend one after the survey, based on the roof's shape, access, foot traffic and your budget.
Yes. We make the roof safe with temporary protection, record the damage for your insurance claim, then carry out the permanent repair once the work is agreed.
Yes. Where the work needs approval, such as replacing most of a roof, structural changes or a solid roof on a conservatory, we notify building control and get it signed off. Structural calculations are provided where steels or load changes are involved.
Yes. We replace rotten or leaking fascias, soffits and guttering, and it's often worth doing alongside other roof work while the scaffold is up, so you only pay for access once.
