TPC constructs every garden room from a concrete or ground screw foundation up, using SIP or timber frame walls rated for thermal performance, EPDM single-sheet roofing with integrated guttering, and full electrical and climate control installation.

External cladding options include cedar, composite, and render, with glazing choices spanning aluminium bifold doors, picture windows, and sliders. Interiors are finished with plasterboard, floor coverings, data ports, and lighting packages — ready for use as a home office, gym, studio, or guest lodge. Most garden rooms qualify under Permitted Development when meeting height and boundary rules, meaning no full planning application is required.
