TPC installs UV-stable resin bound systems using suppliers such as Vuba, applied over a correctly prepared MOT Type 3 sub-base and open-textured porous binder course. Every installation includes full structural base preparation, an 18–20mm resin-bound aggregate layer, and aluminium or block edging restraints — ensuring long-term permeability and surface integrity where many installers cut corners.
